Cancellation details|
If a client cancels, for whatever reason,
Glaslyn Ltd will attempt to re-let the accommodation. If this fails,
a cancellation invoice will be sent for 90% of the agreed price.
The booking deposit to reserve the accommodation will not be refunded.
It is recommended that all clients take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover for any eventuality arising. To make a confirmed booking please print off this form. Complete the details and send with a cheque for a deposit or for the full amount to the address on the form. 
As soon as we have received your details our IT department will update the booking for the relevant property and send a confirmation email to the email address on the form. |
