Telephone bookings will only be reserved for four days pending arrival of the neccessary deposit.

All bookings are from 3.30pm on day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged, as adequate time is required to maintain our high standard of cleanliness.

Bed linen is provided but towels are only available upon request at £5.00 per set (bath and hand). A childs high chair is also available if required.

Please include with the deposit an additional £100.00 (refundable) to cover for any possible damages.

Electricity and gas are included in the price.

Short breaks of two - three days are available.

Ample off - road parking for two or more cars.

Outside barbeque and eating area.
